The mission of the ITCH
is to produce live theater that frees and enlightens ourselves and others. By working with emerging artists, the ITCH creates a space for the reflection and inclusion of the community in which we live. The ITCH believes that through artist-audience collaboration, we can strengthen cultural awareness and inspire those around us.

Who are we?
Colton Robertson - Colton is our managing director. He likes making theatre. He likes making theatre so much that he started a theatre company. (That company is called The ITCH, if that wasn’t obvious already.) He is a director, a teacher, an actor, and a stage manager. Caffeine molded into the shape of Colton earned a BA in Theatre and a certificate in Arts Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University.
Sean Ryan McBride - Sean Ryan is our Artistic Director at ITCH. He has an Associates of Fine Arts from Mesa Community College and a Bachelors of Arts from ASU both with a focus on theatre. He has attended KCACTF as a nominee for the Irene Ryan competition. Sean Ryan’s love for theatre and learning has taken him all the way to Bali, Indonesia where he was able to learn a magnitude about his craft and himself.
Jennifer Tuchband - Jennifer is our Technical Director. She stays very involved in the arts in Phoenix. She is designer & choreographer for the Arizona Academy for the Performing Arts and Desert Mountain Colorguard, a Production Assistant for the Phoenix Convention Center at Symphony Hall and the Orpheum Theater, and a Member & Patron Services Rep at the Scottsdale Cultural Council. In her down time, Jennifer likes to rock climb and explore the beauty nature has to offer.
Nicholas Chizek - Nicholas is the secretary of the board and fundraising guru. During his masters at the University of Northern Iowa he worked closely with professors to create a unique, community-engaging and enlightening piece of theatre about the struggle of immigrants in Iowa. He is currently in hot pursuit of his Ph.D. in Theatre and Performance of the Americas at ASU. He likes to act, direct, teach, and sometimes sit really well. Favorite past times include many nights of drag shows, cats, and wine.
Diane Mikho - Diane is our Resident Graphic Designer. She has enjoyed theatre since the 5th grade when she played Samuel in a class production of “Trouble at Jamestown”, however, 2 years later she discovered graphic design and the rest is history. She loves entertaining the people around her, has lots of love for animals, no patience for people who litter and if you have to ask her if she’s seen a movie don’t bother, she hasn’t.
